Playmate Karissa Shannon may wear her heart on her sleeve when it comes to her beau Sam Jones III, but she's definitely rocking her ice on her chest.

The "Girls Next Door" star came to visit Jason last week to pick out some new diamond accessories to go along with her custom two finger "Karissa" ring also made by Jason of Beverly Hills. Her boyfriend Sam helped her pick out this super cute diamond heart necklace that she instantly fell in love with the moment she tried it on.

I'm not one to speculate, but things were looking rather chummy between "Girls Next Door" star, Karissa Shannon and actor Sam Jones III while checking out some jewelry in the JBH showroom last week. The two have reportedly been dating since Karissa moved out of the Playboy mansion. Check the vid.

Karissa was actually stopping by to pick up a custom two-finger ring made by Jason of Beverly Hills.
Something tells me those two will be back to pick up some other rings very soon.
