vK's Kudos: Dream Flights Luxury Travel

You're reaching the end of your work day and you have this unshakable urge for frozen mojitos. Clevelander in Miami perhaps? Great, I'll grab my clutch...
The only problem is that you live 2000 miles away in LA. No worries; this is where your newly purchased Dream Flights Plus Card comes in.

Bring all the luggage you like and leave your regulatory 3 oz. travel sized toiletries at home. The good folks over at Dream Flights Luxury Travel don't sweat the small stuff, but they do make a big impression when it comes to flying in style. That definitely deserves this week's kudos. For those last minute cross country getaways (so necessary), I recommend the Boeing Business Jet.
Boeing Business Jet
Passenger Capacity 20-23
Cruising Speed 521 mph
Range 6800 st.m.
Length 79.3 ft.
Width 11.5 ft.
Height 7.0 ft.
Baggage Capacity 640 cu.ft.

But you're a self-proclaimed cake-a-holic and you insist on taking your work load with you. Why not bring the entire staff along on The Global Express next time you jet out to Japan? You can hear the new proposal on the way and by the time you land, you will be rested and ready for sake.

The Global Express
Passenger Capacity 12-15
Cruising Speed 513 mph
Range 7300 st.m.

You don't even need a reason to hop aboard a Gulfstream 550; your vacation starts the moment you set foot in the cabin regardless of your final destination.

Who came with it? JESUS Edition

"Southpark Jesus" vs "Sweet Baby Jesus 3000"

It's that time again, and this time a battle of the unconventional Jesus pieces. It's a Jesus-off ladies and gentlemen!

Back in April, we introduced the Lego inspired "Sweet Baby Jesus 3000" with his cutle little congnac diamond face and yellow diamond halo.

After the popularity of Baby Jesus, Jason came with a new version of the King of Kings, this time paying homage to South Park.

They are both pretty cool concepts, but which Jesus do you think "came with it"? ~vK

Birthstone: July

RUBY
I couldn't possibly forget one of the most highly praised gemstones throughout history: this months birthstone, the Ruby.

Rubies can be found globally, but the best come from Thailand, India, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and in the United States, North Carolina.

They come in a variety of colors from a bright reddish-orange to purple, but only those possessing a rich red hue are considered rubies. Otherwise, they are referred to as Sapphire. They are great for everyday wear because of their durability and are second in hardness only to diamonds. Surprisingly, rubies are more rare than diamonds as well.

I had the cutest little ruby ring when I was a kid that I would wear religiously; it had such an adorable charm to it. I'm a bit partial because they are my birthstone, but rubies are absolutely fabulous. There's something very chic about their fiery color; they give a regal flare to anything, from gowns to gauchos.

Super Model Diva, Heidi Klum rocked a pair of jaw dropping earrings at last years Oscars made with red rubies and pink diamonds.

Did I mention fabulous? ~vk

Rosary Fashion

You can thank the "Material Girl" and her wedding gown gyrations for the ever popular rosary fashion trend back in the 80's. And while I'm not one to judge, you have to admit (as have I) that wearing them had nothing to do with Hail Mary's.

While some traditional Catholics are strongly against wearing them as necklaces, the trend is still white hot in Hollywood. Rosaries have maintained a steady presence in the fashion world, and a the new wave of diamond encrusted versions have hit the scene as of late. Everyone from singer, Tyrese Gibson to Christina Aguilera are rocking these iced out prayer beads.
Jason of Beverly Hills also has a lovely selection that come in white, yellow or black diamond. If you are like me, and just have to have one of these custom pieces for yourself, send inquires to info@jasonofbh.com

vK's Kudos: Lamborghini Concept Bike

Oh really..?

So famed designer Flavio Adriani has come with a new concept superbike for Lambo lovers (ahem).
The Lamborbiker is a concept bike from designer Flavio Adriani, who was inspired by Marcello Gandini, chief designer of Bertone and freelance designer since 1980. Gandini was also
designer of the Osmos wheel and the Lamborghini Countach. While some may not
equate the Lamborbiker’s skeletal frame to the Lamborghini Countach, others may
still appreciate the design direction of the bike in terms of its curved lines
and sleek frame. The hubless wheels are also a great addition to the bike, as it
gives it more of a futuristic feel.

Sightings: Fabolous Video Shoot

Here's a tidbit for the ladies...

FA-BO-LO-US looked nice and boo'ed up in his new video for the hit single "When the Money Goes" featuring Hov (click HERE to listen). He rocked the Dunamis Hercules to compliment his cute Cavi sweater. Good look.

Fab shot the video over the weekend on the east coast; check the vid below for behind the scenes footage.

Keep it locked for the video premiere! ~vK

B Day Love: Yours Truly

Happy Birthday - Stevie Wonder

(Blowing out my 18 candles, lol) ~vK

Soulja Swag

Souja Boy Tellem is not playing with yall...
We first featured "Mr. Swag On" just last week at the BET awards wearing an arresting black diamond Hercules watch (35 carats, see DunamisTimepieces.com for more info).
After meeting up with Jason to view a few pieces, he clearly had one thing in mind-- to shut the black ice game DOWN.

I stopped carat counting on the two black diamond bracelets, not to mention the necklace and custom head phones.

Friday Fire: Michael Jackson Coat of Arms

This week, I wanted to feature a throw back piece that Jason made for the late great Michael Jackson.

Michael personally hit Jason up to meet with him at the Neverland Ranch, where he presented him with the design for his own coat of arms. Now, if this piece looks a bit familiar, you will notice that it's similar to the Trinity Broadcast Network crest. However, rumor has it that it was actually designed as a replica of the coat of arms that lies over the entry archway of the Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland in Hong Kong.
Only MJ
(smile).

The piece is pretty big in size and made with flawless yellow and white diamonds. The crest can also be found on the gates of Neverland ranch which may be going up for auction soon.~vK
