Sightings: "When In Rome" Premiere

I've been saying for months that this is one of my favorite Jason of Beverly Hills pieces. It appears that the young Hollywood starlets love it too!
As seen on Katy Perry, Keyshia Cole and recently actress Brittany Curran, these custom made black and white diamond square bangles are becoming the hot new accessory of the stars.

Miss Curran stood out among the arrivals at the "When In Rome" Los Angeles premiere in a vibrant Jerell Scott dress and Jason of Beverly Hills accessories. While your eyes might be glued to that amazing bangle, the 8 carat black diamond studs aren't too bad either.

That's 8 carats
a piece. Work.
"When in Rome" hits theaters this Friday, and be sure to catch Brittany on "Men of a Certain Age" on TNT. ~vK

2010 Pre- SAG Awards Gifting Suite Sponsored by Jason of Beverly Hills

Jason of Beverly Hills welcomed the women of the 2010 Screen Actors Guild Awards as a sponsor of the luxury pampering suite at Sonya Dakar.
While on site, we indulged in a bit of beautifying, gourmet chocolates and organic cocktails to keep the party going despite the relentless rain outside.
There were also rumors of Jason partaking in some amazing facial treatments.

The guests who opted to brave the bad weather were treated with JBH swag bags and an up-close look at some of our signature pieces.

Saleisha Stowers, winner of America's Next Top Model and Actor Brando Eaton -Dexter, Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakquel

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff and Actress Brittany Curran -Men Of A Certain Age.

Brittany stopped by our showroom afterward to pick up a lovely set of yellow diamond drop earrings by Jason of Beverly Hills to wear to the SAG Awards the following day. A great red carpet look with her classic one-shouldered black gown.

President Obama Honors the World Championship Lakers

Washington (AP)- President Barack Obama has welcomed the NBA champion Angeles Lakers to the White House.
An avid basketball fan, Obama says no team exemplified excellence on the court more than the Lakers did last year in winning their 15th league championship.
Obama said Monday he was especially excited to meet
Lakers coach Phil Jackson, who has won 10 championships, though he didn't hesitate to remind the team that six of those victories were with Obama's hometown Chicago Bulls.
During the visit, Kobe Bryant presented Obama with a
Lakers jersey emblazoned with his name, along with the Number '1' on it.
Obama commended the players not only for their athletic achievements, but also their work off the court. The players held a fitness clinic for Washington-area school children Monday, and several players are donating money to relief efforts in Haiti.

I wonder if they will make an honorary Laker ring for the president...? ~vK

Jay Z Million Dollar Portrait

Rewind.
The Piece: This portrait of Jay Z, crafted by Gemstone Creative, that is reportedly worth one million dollars.
The Argument: Why would anyone drop a cool mil to have a picture of H to the Izzo hoisted over their mantle? (Some have questioned whether or not Hov himself would even buy it)
The Answer: Because we are blessed to live in a society where there are guys who wouldn't flinch over writing a 11.7 million dollar check for a picture of a torn can Campbell's Soup (See Warhol.)

It would look great in my living room. Hi haters ~vK

Congratulations to Daniel Gibson and Keyshia Cole

Congratulations to Keyshia Cole and Daniel Gibson on their engagement from Jason of Beverly Hills!
Keyshia Cole's (not shown) engagement ring

As you've probably heard, Daniel Gibson of the Cleveland Cavaliers made a wedding proposal to singer Keyshia Cole at the stroke of midnight this New Years Eve.
Daniel reached out to Jason of Beverly Hills for the fabulous ring 10 days before the proposal. He had a very specific look in mind for the design. Jason immediately flew out for a private meeting with Daniel where they spent over an hour working on the perfect design for Keyshia.
The Jason of Beverly Hills team rushed the order and Jason personally hand delivered the ring to Daniel just hours before the proposal. The finished product was simply gorgeous, totaling in nearly 9 carats of diamonds.

**Note to gents in 2010: "Each one Teach one", put a ring on it. ~vK
