Arguably the hottest restaurant in Vegas and definitely one of my favorites, swanky steakhouse STK celebrated their first year at the Cosmopolitan Hotel this Monday. The popular hangout spot has had a strong year, hosting many nights packed with A-listers and celebs who have a taste for fine dining and great music. It's almost impossible not to nod your head along with the DJ over your meal in their sexy club-like atmosphere.

Also in, the ONE Group executives including CEO Jonathan Sega and Celeste Fierro, senior vice president. Segal was presented a congratulatory one-year gift — a diamond lapel pendant from Jason of Beverly Hills and the Jason of Beverly Hill’s STK jeweled
knife to use while dining.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas executives were also present including CEO John Unwin, chief marketing officer Lisa Marchese, COO Tom McCartney and CFO Jeff Burge.

If you're ever in Vegas, this place is a fabulous spot for foodies or for those who want to get the party started early before heading over to the Cosmo's mega nightclub MARQUEE; also a must-see kinda spot.

It's always too packed but the steak is the best in town. And who eats with a diamond knife? Better to cut the steak? I'll take 4 of them with matching forks and knives!
