STK Celebrates One Year Anniversary at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Arguably the hottest restaurant in Vegas and definitely one of my favorites, swanky steakhouse STK celebrated their first year at the Cosmopolitan Hotel this Monday. The popular hangout spot has had a strong year, hosting many nights packed with A-listers and celebs who have a taste for fine dining and great music. It's almost impossible not to nod your head along with the DJ over your meal in their sexy club-like atmosphere.

Gavin Rossdale Dines with Diamond Knife

The best way to enjoy a meal at arguably the sexiest steakhouse around is with equally sexy flatware.

Rocker, Gavin Rossdale, lead singer of Bush did just that at STK Las Vegas in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The singer dined on a Wagyu beef filet using the exclusive STK diamond encrusted steak knife made by Jason of Beverly Hills.

When Jason decided against law school to become a jeweler...
"My dad wanted me to be an attorney, to have a profession with job security... I went to the ULCA library to find out what attorneys make the first year out of college, and I realized I was making more than that as a college student, so I decided it was not the line of work for me.
Where he finds inspiration for jewelry design...
"I get inspiration for designs everywhere. I tell myself not to look at any [other] jewelry because you create a bias. I look at nature, cars, luggage, spaceships, and lots of other things."
Why The Cosmopolitan Hotel was the perfect fit for Jason of Beverly Hills...
"I had opportunities at other casinos, but they were not the right fit. The Cosmopolitan had a new approach to retail unlike anything else in Vegas. They have niche brands and a unique approach to marketing that is aimed at a young, trendy and affluent crowd. It goes hand-in-hand with our target.

G-STRINGS Launch Party @ The Cosmopolitan Hotel

The Marquee Nightclub inside The Cosmopolitan Hotel felt that their V.ery I.mportant P.eople deserved more than just the typical plastic wristbands to make them feel exclusive. 
For their grand opening party, they turned the velvet rope game up a notch with special wristbands made from recycled guitar strings. 

Soon after, the Jason of Beverly Hills/ Vegas Boutique made them a fashion statement.

On March the 2nd, JBH will be launching a limited edition collection of diamond embelished Guitar String Jewelry at STITCHED, a menswear and "lifestyle destination" also found at The Cosmopolitan. This invite only event will be an evening of music, endless Ty Ku and a room full of people in "G-Strings"...

Where do I begin.

On the evening of December 15^th, something very special happened. As the sun began to set, there were rumblings of ground breaking new experience that was about to take place in Sin City. There were whispers of a decadent wonderland unlike anyone had ever seen. An oasis that housed the unbridled fantasies of the risk taker, the playful, and the insatiable dreamer. Inside, I heard rumors of a secret place where scantily clad Amazons guarded a treasure trove of diamonds…

The best part was that it was all true.
