There's nobody in pop culture that wears his jewelry better than Kanye West-- HANDS DOWN! Much like his music, Ye thinks outside the box with his clothes as well as his jewelry. More importantly he's been consistently versatile with his style throughout his career.

Sometimes he let's the the clothes accessorize the jewels. 

And sometimes the jewels are the accessory.

Either way he's not afraid to push the envelope. It's funny how Kanye hit the stage about a year ago with 10 or so yellow gold chains stacked on top of each other and people ripped him to shreds. They immediately went in on the Mr. T jokes only to find themselves a year later wearing the same thing. 

I personally can't wait to see where he's headed next as far as jewelry trends. Of course, the jeweler in me would prefer that he actually give me a chance to make the pieces for him. -JA

2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

The highly anticipated 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show took place last night at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York and all I can say is WOW! Dozens of gorgeous models took to the stage in a spectacular parade of costumes and lingerie while being serenaded by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Maroon 5, Kanye West and Jay Z. From the cute and flirty, to the exotic, these angels shut it down!

There was music, glitter, and a whole lot of skin, but I can show you, much better than I can tell you. Take a look at these glamorous girls of Victoria's Secret after the jump.

Naomi's Testimony: "Dirty-Looking Stones"

Last week we touched on the case of the blood diamond gift that was allegedly given to super model Naomi Campbell by former Liberian president Charles Taylor.
For months Miss Campbell pleaded with the courts to spare her the drama of being involved in a case against the man who is accused of a number of unimaginable war crimes against his own people. Her reluctance, which many media outlets are referring to as "refusal to cooperate", is out of fear for her own families safety.
Campbell would have faced up to seven years in prison if she didn't show up.
Well, she did.
Here is a sample of her testimony.

Only time will tell if Naomi's testimony helped or hurt the prosecution. If nothing else, her fame alone has brought the attention back to a case that hasn't had this much headline presence since Kanye West's "Diamonds Are Forever, Sierra Leone Remix".
Justice has yet to be served and the tragic events that stem from this case should not be forgotten. ~vK

Was anyone else wondering what in Jesus-piece name that was around Kanye's neck at this year's BET Awards?
In true Yeezy fashion, the performer leaped light years ahead of game and rocked this ginormous Horus, God of the Sky-esque pendant and four finger Pyramid ring.
These items reportedly set him back 300 stacks. Yikes.

Sightings: Polow Da Don and Kanye West Courtside

Lakers vs Jazz

I'd be all smiles too with a Dunamis Hercules Masterpiece on my wrist.
We spotted Polow Da Don chilling court side with buddy Kan-yeezy this past weekend at the LA Lakers versus Utah Jazz game. No points for the white tee, but my eyes are immediately drawn to the "ish starter" that is his watch game --that pretty much makes up for it.
